Most companies that buy telemarketing leads are really buying a list. A name, a number, maybe an age bracket. Then the work starts: someone has to call, someone has to log the outcome somewhere, someone has to follow up the ones who didn’t answer, and someone has to keep track of what actually turned into business.
We do it differently. At Wolf Intelligence the leads are only the first link in a chain we take responsibility for all the way.
What a TM lead from Wolf is
A Wolf lead is a person who has already shown interest. They asked for a quote, downloaded a guide, replied to an ad or ticked the box that says yes, contact me. That is the difference between a cold call and a call that is expected.
Every lead is delivered with:
- Name and a verified phone number. The number is checked before it reaches your callers.
- What the person did, and when. The source and the action come with the lead, so the caller knows why the person said yes.
- Opt-in under GDPR. Consent is documented, and do-not-call registers are handled.
- The right format. A file, a CRM integration or straight into your dialer, in the volumes your team can actually call.
But we don’t stop there
This is where we differ from a lead supplier. We provide everything it takes to turn a lead into a customer:
The calling. If you lack capacity of your own, or want to scale fast, we call. Every warm lead is followed up with a real conversation, at the right moment, by people who know the market.
The system. We build or adapt a CRM around your sales process, so leads, calls and outcomes live in one place. No spreadsheets, no lost follow-ups.
The follow-up. Email and SMS to those who didn’t answer, automatic reminders for the callers, and reports that show what actually produced business.
The AI assistants. The routine work, like updating registers, sorting replies and preparing tomorrow’s call list, is taken over by our assistants. Up to 90 percent of recurring tasks can be automated, so the team spends its time where it makes a difference.
The market. Want to grow into Norway or Finland? We bring the whole package: local data, campaigns in the right language, calling capacity and the rules that apply in each country.
Why the whole chain gives better numbers
When leads, calling, systems and follow-up are connected, three things happen:
- Reach rate goes up. People answer when the call is expected.
- Calls get shorter. The caller skips the “who are we” part.
- Closes go up. The person has already said yes once.
And you avoid what usually eats the margin on bought leads: the time spent building a process around them.
Three questions for your current supplier
- What did this person do to become a lead, and when?
- What happens to the leads that don’t answer the first time?
- Where do the call outcomes end up, and who follows up?
If the answers are vague, you are buying a list. Lists can be fine, but pay for them like lists.
